- Own the end-to-end execution of growth experiments, from hypothesis creation to analysis and reporting.
- Analyze user data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and influence roadmap decisions.
- Plan and conduct user research initiatives (surveys, interviews, usability tests) to support product insights.
- Partner with Customer Support to surface user pain points and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to spec and deliver updates to the consumer product.
- Contribute to optimizing onboarding, activation, and engagement flows with Lifecycle and Marketing.
- Share experiment outcomes and insights with the Head of Growth and Product Lead to ensure alignment.
- Support release coordination to ensure smooth feature and app version rollouts.
- Work with external streaming and platform partners as needed on integrations and platform reliability.
