- 3+ years in a Growth-focused Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role, with direct accountability for conversion, activation, and engagement KPIs.
- Expertise in designing and managing an end-to-end product experimentation framework (including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, analysis, and reporting of learnings).
- Strong technical understanding and experience working with development teams (Full Stack Developers) to ship and measure consumer front-end changes quickly and accurately.
- Mandatory experience with analytics and understanding of experimentation tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and dedicated A/B testing platforms like Optimizely)
- Demonstrated experience analyzing user behavior and data to guide roadmap priorities and identify optimization opportunities.
- Experience leading and interpreting user research initiatives (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability tests) to complement quantitative data.
- Direct experience being accountable for key metrics like Conversion Rate (visitor to trial to paid subscriber) and Experiment Velocity.
