- 2+ years of mandatory, end-to-end experience managing, launching, and optimizing large-scale paid campaigns across a diverse set of platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube), TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Expertise in performance strategy ownership, including budget pacing, bid strategies, CPA/CAC tracking, forecasting, and continuous ROI improvement.
- Deep analytical fluency in key performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV, with a proven ability to analyze campaign data and translate complex insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing scalable campaign architecture, advanced audience segmentation strategies, and robust A/B testing frameworks across multiple channels and placements.
- Experience working with creative teams to brief, develop, and lead the testing of high-performing ad assets and messaging that drive conversion and engagement.
- Proven ability to align performance campaigns with overarching brand messaging and content strategy through effective cross-functional collaboration.
