Description:

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic execution and optimization of all paid and owned growth channels to meet subscriber acquisition and engagement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads - Search, GDN, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms).
- Develop and implement scalable campaign architecture and advanced audience segmentation strategies.
Performance & Financial Ownership:
- Own the performance strategy, including budget pacing, bid management, forecasting, and CPA/CAC tracking.
- Drive improvement in ROI and growth goals through data-led decision-making and continuous optimization based on metrics like ROAS and CTR.
Creative & Messaging Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to brief, develop, and lead the rigorous testing of high-performing ad assets and messaging across all placements and landing pages.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Align with the Marketing Ops & Strategic Insights Lead to ensure accurate performance reporting, budget pacing, and delivery of actionable insights for leadership reviews.
- Lead creative and messaging testing frameworks to maximize learnings and optimize campaigns.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Innovation:
- Collaborate cross-functionally (with Lifecycle, Product, and Brand teams) to ensure paid campaigns are seamlessly aligned with overall brand messaging, content strategy, and platform developments.
- Actively monitor and integrate platform updates, trends, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in performance marketing.

Specific Qualifications

To excel in this strategic and executional role, you should possess the following experience:

- 2+ years of mandatory, end-to-end experience managing, launching, and optimizing large-scale paid campaigns across a diverse set of platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube), TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.

- Expertise in performance strategy ownership, including budget pacing, bid strategies, CPA/CAC tracking, forecasting, and continuous ROI improvement.

- Deep analytical fluency in key performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV, with a proven ability to analyze campaign data and translate complex insights into actionable growth strategies.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing scalable campaign architecture, advanced audience segmentation strategies, and robust A/B testing frameworks across multiple channels and placements.

- Experience working with creative teams to brief, develop, and lead the testing of high-performing ad assets and messaging that drive conversion and engagement.

- Proven ability to align performance campaigns with overarching brand messaging and content strategy through effective cross-functional collaboration.
