- Build, own, and evolve Cinobo's end-to-end operational model across streaming, distribution, and international expansion.
- Design scalable frameworks that make new market launches repeatable rather than reinvented.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Curation, Finance, Growth, and Local Market teams, driving alignment and execution across functions.
- Own operational systems and workflows across content operations, partner management, billing, reporting, and internal processes.
- Translate business and team needs into clear business and operational requirements for internal systems and tools.
- Define scope, priorities, dependencies, and success criteria, owning trade-offs and sequencing, and providing clear direction.
- Ensure systems reflect real-world workflows, edge cases, and operational constraints as the company scales.
- Stay hands-on where needed, directly driving execution on ambiguous work, while building systems and ownership that eliminate the need for repeated manual intervention.
- Hold ultimate accountability for delivering high-impact, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end—including new country launches, major partner integrations, and operational platform upgrades.
- Ensure blockers are resolved, decisions are made, clear ownership and progress visibility are maintained, and outcomes are achieved without becoming a task-level bottleneck.
- Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement after major initiatives.
- Define and own operational KPIs and dashboards, ensuring a single source of truth across teams.
-Partner closely with Finance on unit economics, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control by market and partner.
-Use data to guide expansion prioritization, vendor decisions, hiring vs automation, and operational investments.
