Head of Marketing

Full-time | Cinobo

We’re looking for a senior Head of Marketing to define and scale Cinobo’s global brand. You’ll shape how the world experiences Cinobo - from positioning and creative direction to campaigns and market expansion - helping an underdog streaming platform with real traction become a global cultural brand. This is a high-impact leadership role at one of the few European streaming companies to successfully scale internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global brand positioning, messaging framework, and creative direction and ensure consistency across all outputs.

- Lead the integrated campaign strategy and calendar across all markets, ensuring unified themes and execution.

- Develop & oversee marketing operations, including workflows, briefs, approvals, reporting, tools, and budget governance.

- Build the Cinobo Marketing Playbook to ensure efficiency, consistency and quality during international market rollout and expansion (e.g., starting with Poland).

- Lead multi-market marketing execution, defining processes and standards for international rollout and providing future markets with strategy, assets, and localization direction.

- Oversee brand communications, ATL and brand media strategy (OOH, radio, cinema, partnerships, sponsorships)

- Mentor and develop marketing team(8 people currently), across Brand & Comms, Creative, Marketing Ops etc.

- Collaborate with the Head of Growth to align branding with performance channels, audience segmentation, and go-to-market plans

- Lead the creative studio and ensure visual and messaging consistency across all outputs.

- Support expansion markets (starting with Poland) with frameworks, assets, and guidance.

Specific Qualifications:

- 5+ years in senior brand strategy or marketing leadership roles (e.g., Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, Brand Director), ideally within a subscription, entertainment, media, or culturally driven brands.

- Proven track record in brand strategy, creative direction, and cross-channel campaign leadership.

- Proven leadership experience in directly managing a creative and communications team and guiding high-quality creative output.

- Strong background in ATL/media planning (OOH, radio, partnerships, sponsorships) and brand awareness initiatives.

- Strong strategic thinker and excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align executives and inspire creative teams, to turn brand positioning into cohesive, cross-channel campaigns,

- Demonstrated ability to build, oversee, and optimize a comprehensive marketing budget while tracking adherence and ROI across all campaigns.

- Mandatory experience in building operational frameworks and standards (e.g., creating a Marketing Playbook)

- Data-aware and capable of using insights to inform brand messaging, campaign direction, and resource prioritization.

- High level of cross-functional leadership, able to work effectively with Product, Growth, Creative, and Local market teams.

- Direct accountability for brand health KPIs, specifically Brand Awareness and Recall.

- High-level strategic oversight of campaign calendar and thematic alignment across all regional marketing efforts.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-collaboration environment with shifting priorities.

- A portfolio or proven track record of maintaining high Cross-market Consistency and Creative Quality across all marketing outputs.
