- 5+ years in senior brand strategy or marketing leadership roles (e.g., Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, Brand Director), ideally within a subscription, entertainment, media, or culturally driven brands.
- Proven track record in brand strategy, creative direction, and cross-channel campaign leadership.
- Proven leadership experience in directly managing a creative and communications team and guiding high-quality creative output.
- Strong background in ATL/media planning (OOH, radio, partnerships, sponsorships) and brand awareness initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinker and excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align executives and inspire creative teams, to turn brand positioning into cohesive, cross-channel campaigns,
- Demonstrated ability to build, oversee, and optimize a comprehensive marketing budget while tracking adherence and ROI across all campaigns.
- Mandatory experience in building operational frameworks and standards (e.g., creating a Marketing Playbook)
- Data-aware and capable of using insights to inform brand messaging, campaign direction, and resource prioritization.
- High level of cross-functional leadership, able to work effectively with Product, Growth, Creative, and Local market teams.
- Direct accountability for brand health KPIs, specifically Brand Awareness and Recall.
- High-level strategic oversight of campaign calendar and thematic alignment across all regional marketing efforts.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-collaboration environment with shifting priorities.
- A portfolio or proven track record of maintaining high Cross-market Consistency and Creative Quality across all marketing outputs.
