- 5+ years in senior leadership roles in Growth/ Marketing/ Product (e.g., Head of Growth, VP of Growth, Growth Director) with direct accountability for core business KPIs (LTV, CAC, Subscriber Growth).
- 3+ years focused on Product-Led Growth strategy and execution, specifically coordinating improvements to user experience and conversion funnels.
- Demonstrated success in multi-market growth/expansion (e.g., taking a product from one core market to a second or third international market).
- Proven experience managing and building diverse growth teams (including Product, BI/Analytics, Lifecycle, and Performance Marketing) with a clear, data-driven "growth mindset."
- Expert-level experience with experimentation concepts and platforms (A/B testing, cohort analysis), including defining the full experimentation roadmap and ensuring experiment instrumentation/analysis is reliable.
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing a modern MarTech/Analytics stack (e.g., Segment, Amplitude, Braze, or equivalent systems for personalization and lifecycle management).
- Strong analytical skills, including experience translating high-level business questions (e.g., churn analysis, attribution) into defined data projects for BI/Analytics teams.
Experience in the B2C subscription business model is mandatory; experience in the Streaming or Media industry is a significant plus.
