- Define and lead Cinobo’s marketing strategy in Poland, translating global brand positioning into culturally resonant local execution.
- Own Poland’s marketing and subscriber growth targets, with full accountability for delivering measurable market traction.
- Act as the local commercial counterpart to HQ Performance Marketing: co-define acquisition strategy, budget allocation, CAC benchmarks, and performance priorities for Poland.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the Polish marketing funnel - from awareness to acquisition and activation - ensuring marketing’s direct contribution to growth.
- Own the integrated campaign strategy and calendar for the Polish market, ensuring clear priorities, strong thematic alignment, and measurable impact.
- Oversee and develop local marketing operations, including workflows, briefs, approvals, reporting, tools, and budget governance, introducing scalable processes from day one.
- Establish the Polish Marketing Playbook and back-channel for Overall Marketing Playbook, in alignment with the global framework, ensuring efficiency, quality, and repeatability as the market scales.
- Lead 360° marketing execution across digital, community, partnerships, radio, cinema, and cultural touchpoints, balancing brand-building with disciplined subscriber growth.
- Identify and execute high-impact, resource-efficient, underdog growth initiatives that build awareness and accelerate traction in a competitive market.
- Oversee brand communications and local media strategy (OOH, radio, cinema, partnerships, sponsorships), ensuring consistency with global creative direction.
- Mentor and develop the local marketing team (Social Media, Publicity & Copywriting, Video Content, Marketing & Comms), elevating standards and building a high-performance culture.
- Work with the Creative Studio in Greece to ensure visual and messaging consistency while adapting campaigns intelligently to local culture.
- Contribute local insights, learnings, and performance data back to HQ to continuously strengthen cross-market strategy.
- Own local brand health KPIs, specifically Brand Awareness and Recall, alongside direct accountability for subscriber growth targets in Poland.
